Hani Morsi is an entrepreneur, educator and consultant with over 18 years of experience in multiple sectors.
Hani is the founder of Canada-based Montu Bikes & Cycling Apparel and teaches eCommerce to Level 2 students in the Business Management and Entrepreneurship (BME) program at Algonquin College in Ottawa.
Hani’s academic background traverses the disciplines of business, international development and technology and social change. In his graduate studies and research, Hani’s interests focused on digital research methods, social implications of networked and emergent technologies like artificial intelligence, Big Data and algorithmic regulation of socio-economic activities. He has consulted for international organizations, NGOs, government agencies and businesses in more than five countries.
Hani is also experienced in and has been involved in consulting on change management, training and facilitation, reputation management and coaching solutions to SMEs, business owners and enterprises in various sectors. Hani’s clients included successful enterprises in the travel and tourism, sports and fitness, building & construction and non-government organizations sectors.
Hani is a very keen multi-discipline cyclist with a particular affinity for mountain biking. For the past 15 years has actively engaged with cycling and trail advocacy communities in Africa, Europe and North America.
